Please Help Samson!

Hi...my name is Stephanie and I am a good friend of Samson’s Mummy.  Samson was born with half a heart and has already, at the young age of three had two open heart surgeries. As you can imagine, the financial stress that this has put his Mummy and Daddy through is quite substantial. 

Neither Renee (Mummy) or Jason (Daddy) have asked for financial assistance, but with a possible third open heart surgery approaching I would sincerely like to ask for any donation you could spare, so that both of Samson’s parents can be by his side and not have the constant worry of how they will cover costs during this difficult time.
