Shawn Forker ASPS Benefit

Shawn Forker is a 35 year old, father of one. He has been diagnosed with terminal Stage 4, Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma. This cancer is exreamly rare, as it only effects less than 30 people in the United States per year. Though he is in high spirits and optimistic, his condition is very difficult to treat and it is going to be a very long process. ASPS will never go away, so this is something he will have to live with and fight for the rest of his life. He is now going through medical study chemotharepy and is unable to work. He has now lost his job and has no income. The Shawn Forker ASPS Benefit Committee is looking for any kind donation that can be used to help Shawn along in his journey.
