In May of this year Josh and his family went to Florida to pick up his son and on the way home they had a accident which totaled their car and they where forced to get a motel due to no rental cars because of COVID-19.
The next morning when they awoke Josh was not himself couldn’t walk or talk so our daughter called the ambulance and they took him to Tanner Medical and from there was life flighted to Wellstar kennestone in Atlanta Georgia for emergency surgery he had a acute ischemic left mca stroke ( embolic stroke involving left middle cerebral artery)
They had no medical insurance at the time so they are overwhelmed with medical bills.
Josh got to be transferred to a local nursing home in June unable to talk or walk the doctors say this will be a long recovery period if he ever recovers at all.
The nursing home released him on July 30 to be taken care of at home so Joni can not work at this time because Josh can’t be left alone They have 3 boys age 12-9 and 5 and they are struggling financially this has been so hard on all of them the kids don’t understand why their daddy is not his normal self and Joni is metal and physically drained any help at all will help them.
At times like this it’s extremely hard when you don’t know how your going to pay bills and take care of your family This is our daughter and son in law an grandchildren and it is so hard to see them suffering like this.
Our family is helping all we can but it’s getting harder everyday to do that so please if you can at all please help God Bless You all
