Kalyn’s Medical Bills

As many know, my very close friend Kalyn is going through extremely hard times. Kalyn is loved by many and would do anything for anyone. She has done more for me and many others, than we could ever ask. Now, it’s our turn.

Kalyn has been experiencing a few different, life altering, health problems for the past couple months. Without getting too personal, I will say that this is of very serious nature. Kalyn has been on and is currently on several medications, that are not doing the job. Kalyn’s body is not even absorbing nutrients at this point, and eating and drinking is only possible on good days. The medication Kalyn needs, to kick this diseases butt starts off with the initial dose costing $2200. Doses following the initial dose are $200/ each. Kalyn will need 3-5 doses for 8 weeks. This treatment is not covered by insurance due to the treatment not being FDA approved. However, all other options have been exhausted at this time. Due to the severity of these health issues, Kalyn has not been able to work and will not be able to work for a while.
