Help Angela Fight Breast Cancer

We recently learned the news our beloved Angela Marshall was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, a type of rare cancer that effects only a very small percentage of breast cancer diagnoses. A diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer means that the three most common types of receptors known to fuel most breast cancer growth -estrogen, progesterone and the HER-2/neu gene-are not present in the cancer tumor. This makes for a more difficult and aggressive treatment. She has a small mass in her left breast, and a larger mass in her right breast that have unfortunately spread to surrounding lymph nodes. Many tests are being performed to determine if the cancer has spread elsewhere. Angela will undergo several rounds of chemotherapy that will last over the course of the next next 5 months. During this time she will have routine blood monitoring. Following will be radiation and surgery. During time of treatment she will endure invasive side effects caused by these power drugs.
Angela is a caregiver at heart and has spent her life serving and loving the community, her friends and her family. Angela has worked for Marc Community Resources for 26 years . Marc is a private nonprofit corporation providing educational, therapeutic, rehabilitation and social services to children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities and behavioral health challenges. She has always worked hard to help others in need. If you know Angela you know how amazing she is. it's now our opportunity to serve and give to her in her time of need. In order to get the rest she requires while enduring chemotherapy, Angela will be taking a leave of absence from her job, thus bringing in a fraction of the income she depends on. With many medical bills she will accrue we have set up this GoFundMe account to help cover those expenses. Any amount that can be donated will help so much and will be much appreciated.
