My Heart Transplant

I have travelled a long journey of heart disease, with many ups and downs, towards the new goal of a heart transplant.  Everything I have done was with the love and support of my family and friends.  I believe there are more years to live, more journeys to follow,  and more love to share.  I need help to reach this goal of receiving a heart transplant.  The transplant team has explained that I need to have a fund available to cover anti-rejection drugs, and other, unforeseen, needs.  I thank you now for reading this,  and for any help you are able to share with me.
