Love and Support for Michael French
Our dear friend, Michael has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Here is his story ...
"July 14th, I was admitted to AV Hospital with severe pain. It was discovered that I have stage four liver cancer which has metastasized from some other location...!! They have now found it in my spine, originally T6, but it is now in the T4, and T5. The cancer has also caused the L5 to fracture. They believe it is in my neck as well.
Please pray for us. We are recieving great care through The City of Hope, here in Lancaster. We serve an amazing, gracious and loving God, in whom we trust, even though everything around us seems to be falling apart. Honestly, not unlike King David, I have my moments when I am so angry, yelling at God, because the pain is so excruciating. I pray all the time, that the Lord Jesus would give me a thankful heart..!
Our #1 request: is for God's Sustaining Grace and Strength to support us and keep our hearts thoughts and spirit in the right place..! #2 request: Many of you who know me, know that this is very difficult in that I have taught and trusted in The Father's desire and ability to provide. Due to our lack of income, (Gail is staying home fulltime to help me now..!) our bills, both normal and now skyrocketing medical bills, are climbing ever upward..! For whatever gifts may be affordable to be able to help with the mountains of bills, Gail and I thank you from the depths of our hearts."
