Jeff was kind and out-going and was loved by so many. Jeff lived every moment of his life to the fullest. Jeff would struggle with himself, but no matter what he was facing, he brought positivity and contagious happiness to everyone. Jeff is my friend, Jeff is my sounding board, Jeff is my biggest supporter, and Jeff is my Big Brother and I will miss him so very much!
