David Goodman Memorial

David Goodman’s unexpected passing leaves a tremendous void in the lives of so many especially Sharon and their boys. David’s passion, charisma and devotion to his family are admired by so many. We are hoping to raise enough money to plant a tree and/or dedicate a bench in a Birmingham city park in his memory. We are hoping to create a special place for Sharon, Andrew, and Graham as well as his family and friends to remember and cherish David and all of the ways he touched our lives. The location will be determined, however, possibilities include Quarton Lake, Barnum Park, St. James Park or an alternate park that may have been a special place for the family to visit. Please let me know if anyone has any input to help make this decision. The cost of a tree is $600-$700 and a bench is $1600. Both of these include a commerative plaque.
