Life in the Peterson household was normal on the morning of Saturday, May 4th, 2019. David Peterson woke like normal, took his dogs on a walk, and went to work at Glory Days. Later that evening, he played at a private party in Avilla. He returned home late in the night, woke his wife, Leah Peterson, to tell her he loved her, and fell asleep holding her hand. When Leah woke, she discovered her husband of 25 years had gone to be in the Lord.
While David’s passing serves as reminder that God does not promise us tomorrow, it is a comfort for Leah to know that David knew Jesus.
David was a brilliant musician and vocalist, guitarist (rock, blues, slide, country), fiddler, pianist, keyboardist, singer, and songwriter. David was a dreamer, who found success in his life, through the support and love of his wife and sons. David’s incredible talent, was only rivaled by his devotion to his family. David was a husband to Leah, and father to Brennon, Dakota, and Chase.
Despite his incredible talent and passion, the budget was tight. David Peterson passed away without life or medical insurance. You can help show your support of David, by helping support his wife, Leah, while she processes and transitions into this new stage of her life.
