Desperate need

It has been a terrible year. We were a family that never asked for much. This year I lost my job, due to dissolving my position, without the ability to move. My wife is disabled with 4 herniated disks, all lower lumbar plus her sciatic nerve is pinched on the left side of her back due to those discs causing pain down through her left leg; 3 back surgeries were performed without success each and every time. And eventually causing her to have degenitive disc disease as well as spinal stenosis which has made her a chronic pain patient and not able to work due to the pain from the damaged nerves which cause weakness in her leg and it’s extremely painful to sit, walk and do everyday chores..... Not only does she suffer from the pain of the said above one of the surgeons left shards of metal and shaved bone inside her back which in her 3rd surgery with a different neurosurgeon was required an exploratory as he had to attempt to clean out all the metal as well as shave the disc done and unpinch the nerve but as soon as she was out of surgery she reherniated all 4 discs again.
         We also have 9 year old identical twin boys, Michael and Nicholas born premature at 33.5 weeks but the fight didn’t end there at age 2 baby Michael was diagnosed has being on the autism spectrum which in his EGG brain scan showed he has a type of autism that is environmental not genetic, in his case Michael has a severe form of non verbal Autism. Michael at 9 years of age is still in diapers, but always has a smile on his face and works hard at school and therapies available to him.  Still unemployed, since I have to care for our boys with my wife but also act as a caretaker for her as well. Now my wife and I are now expecting our surprise 3rd baby boy and my wife is concerned high risk due to her disease, chronic pain and high blood pressure and concern for preterm labor, therefore we  are almost homeless and need HELP! We never ask, nor would my wife approve of me asking, but we need to raise enough money to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table as well as clothes on our children and provide for our new addition on the way plus medical expenses accossiated with our autisic son and my pregnant wife. Moneys raised will also go to travel for visitors and or vise versa for us to travel by car from Charlotte NC to upstate NY to pick up our things we stored and no longer can afford.
