Awesome Family Needs a House!

My goal is to raise money for our quickly growing family's house fund! Carrick was born May 1st, Ruth Anne is 18 months, and Bonnie is 3 1/2. Kathleen and I (Scott) are very excited about our fun family and we have been pinching our pennies so hard to save up for a house. Some weeks feel like its 2 steps forward and 3 steps back with rent, medical expenses, student loans, groceries, fuel, and life. We found a small fixer upper out in the country east of Denver and the seller's have accepted our offer. My goal is to raise enough money to help with a small down payment, replace the carpet, repaint, and fixup a bathroom. My wife (stay at home mom) will be sacrificing the most moving away from her friends and I'd like to fix it up as much as I can to make it a happy place for her and the kiddos.
