Can you help mend my broken heart

My name is Sarka, I am a 5 month old German Shepherd Girl.  I always knew that I was different from my brothers and sisters  I didn't thrive as they did, couldn't play as long without getting very tired.
All of my brothers and sisters got new homes but there was no body for me. I was very close to my sister who went off to a family and eventually they were asked if they would take me as I had something called a heart murmur and wouldn't get a loving family.  So off I went, my new family took me to the vets who examined me and said that I had a 4/5 out of 6 heart murmur, I didn't know what this meant but thought it must be bad....

The family that homed me and my sister fell through, although they loved both of us they couldn't keep us.

My sister went into a foster home and I went into one of the Trustees houses who looked after me and spoiled me, I loved playing with their dog.

German Shepherd Rescue South wanted to help me, they called lots of veterinary places but found a really good one called Harbour Vets in Portsmouth.

Yesterday I had a heart scan and today I had open heart surgery.  Sorry I can't update as I am so tired at the moment, but will let you all know how I am getting on

Sarkas surgery will be in the region of £4,000+, we are a small rescue and this is a massive amount for us, although we would fund forever to get this little girl her operation and her forever home.
