This fund was made for my husband who was diagnosed with testicular cancer in May 2014. In May when first diagnosed, the cancer he had his left testical removed. They found out that the cancer metastasized to his lungs. He went threw 3 months of chemotherapy treatment to hopefully get rid of the large amount of nodules. He was going to have surgery to remove the last two nodules in his lungs in late November. Then he would of been in remission. Then a few days before Thanksgiving his right arm went numb. Only to find out that the cancer has now spread to his brain. He had brain surgery December 6th to have the 2 tumors removed. Was scheduled to start radation on January 14th then to have chemo again in late February. Then on Jan 10th his whole right side of his body went numb. We just find out the tumors came back in less than 30 days. He was hospitalized for over a mth and had to have another brain surgery to remove the skull flap bc he developed a infection. He then had to go threw 4 more rounds of a different chemo which required him to be in the hospital 5 days at a time. They decided after that that he needed high dose chemo with a stemcell transplant. This is what he is currently going threw as of June 2015. He has had a few more hospital stays during this time and the high dose chemo is really putting a hurting on him. He has been going threw this battle for over a year now. My husband's a fighter and will never give up. He will keep fighting as hard as he can for his 2 sons and the rest of his family.
