Community Action Foundation of Northern Illinois is organizing this fundraiser to benefit Community Action Partnership of Lake County.  


Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Community Action Partnership of Lake County's HOT MEALS DELIVERY PROGRAM for Seniors. The Hot Meals Delivery Program provides one hot meal per weekday that includes healthy food choices to seniors who have demonstrated barriers of 1) cost for fresh produce and fruit; and 2) access to transportation to places that sell fresh produce and fruits.
Please support Community Action Partnership of Lake County HOT MEALS program to help us expand our capacity to deliver free hot meals to the homeless and seniors.
