Pauline and Dave hold a special place in many of our hearts and stomachs. VT Maple BBQ late last year made the huge jump, a dream of theirs to move into a building from the food wagon they've used for years. Their own restaurant, so exciting!!
Early Wednesday morning their dream and restaurant in downtown Randolph, Vt went up in flames. They lost everything.
I know many of you like myself would like to help them durning this hard time and get them back on their feet as soon as possible.
I think it's safe to say they are well known through out most of Vermont for their award winning BBQ.
My self and many of us in Southern Vt have enjoyed their incrediable BBQ at the Deerfield Valley Farmer's Day Fair for the last eleven years. During this time they have become good friends, more like family to many..
