Eily's Family Fund

Hello friends and family of Shannon and Matt Dayton!  I know you are all aware of the health struggles of their beautiful little Eily.  She's been living in and out of the hospital throughout her short life and has been there over the last week with Shannon always by her side.  I am putting together this page to help raise money so Matt can stay home and take care of his boys, Eily and Shannon during this stressful time.  They have had so many people help with the boys but Matt really wants to support his family as well.  He can take the time off of work but needs the money to do so.  Eily is scheduled for heart surgery this month so we're hoping to raise enough money so Matt can focus on his family and not worry about work during this very trying time.
