Saving Grace

Donation protected
The Rose family started this fund to help our friend Vicky Omofama rescue her adopted daugther "Grace" from Nigeria.  I have known Vicky for quite some time as our daugthers are very close friends at Dayspring Christian Academy here in Greeley.

The Omofama family attends the Wesleyan Church here in town and many of you allready know Vicky and her family.  Vicky is a beautiful and inspiring woman, inside and out.... her heart trusts the Lord like few I have ever met.

We are blessed as the family of God to get in on the great work that Jesus has for us here.  Please join us in Saving Grace from the horrific dangers in Nigeria.

A little or a lot - please prayerfully consider giving any amount that the Lord lays on your heart to help.  100% of the funds donated will go directly to finalizing the adoption and bringing Grace home to freedom and her family in America.  I will personally manage the monies to help Vicky.

If you have more questions for me - please call or email me directly.  OR if you feel more confortable helping in another way contact me.... Your prayers for safety for Vicky and Grace are also needed as they travel home.  Thanks in advance for your help.

To know more.... here is Grace's story as written by my friend Vicky:

Haye "Grace" Onyeche, was born on 28th Feb 1997 in Delta state Nigeria. She lost her mum hours after birth due to complications of a c section, I Vicky was in the delivering room on this faithful day during Haye's birth I was involved in Haye's life from day one . Haye's father who is mentally impaired was and is still unable to take care of her. Haye has been in my care since she lost mom. At age 3 she developed a drop foot, caused by complications of an incubated muscle disorder.
My mum who is her father’s aunt temporarily assumed responsibility for her welfare, waiting for a final decision as to who her permanent care taker will be. As none of the family members responded, I assumed full responsibility to relieve my mum who had health issues and was not capable of caring for her.
With little or no help from the rest of the family, I have raised her as mine since birth till now. She is currently in boarding school, in SS 2 which is the equivalent of Junior High. God has consistently provided funds for her school fees to be paid.
I got married and moved to the United States in 2004, and have been unable to adopt her since then. As a mother who has been separated from her child, I long every day to be reunited with her. There is a need for me to adopt her as soon as possible as she will be turning 18 by 2015.
I know that God is faithful in keeping His promises and He will provide.

Thanks
Sister in Christ
Vicky.
