Help a single Black mother stay in her home.

I'm fundraising for someone near and dear to my heart, who needs help staying in her home.

A single mother of two of the sweetest kids in existence—a 6 month old son and an 8 year old daughter—has been issued an eviction notice.

Because she had to switch jobs, she got behind on rent. Now, she's started a new job that pays well, but got COVID and had to recover. She's really scared that her and her kids will be on the streets. She doesn't know how this process goes or when she'll have to move, and has asked for assistance through other methods, but those methods take time. She doesn't have time.

Without family to help—she came to the US from Haiti as a child and eventually aged out of the foster system—she's completely on her own.

I was lucky enough to meet this bright young women in her youth and have known her for years since then. Can you please help her stay in her home with her kids?
