A young beautiful soul gone to soon

On Monday evening September 24th my best friends Andy and Kris Simonds suffered a parents worst nightmare, their first born Son Jay Simonds was tragically killed in a skateboard accident. Jay was just 21 years old. He was a kind compassionate young man full of life and was loved and adored by his family . We can not possibly understand why something like this happens . In times like this God and his amazing love and peace and the love and support from friends and family are the only things you can hold on to .  So many of us have been at a loss of how to help this precious family no words we could ever come up with could ever be adequate enough to help ease their pain . God calls us to bear each other’s burdens if we see our brother over taken in a fall help to pick them up. So we have prayed and God laid on our hearts to start this Go Fund me Page to help at least ease their financial burden some . Andy and Kris never asked for this to be done , as a matter a fact don’t even know about it. We just wanted to come together and do something to help this precious family in this most devastating time in their lives . Please know you do not have to give , we only want you to if it is what God lays on your heart to do . What we value the most is your precious prayers and support you have been giving to this wonderful family and we know that you will continue to do so. It truly does take a village to support you through life’s journey .  Please continue to lift this entire family up in prayer as they grieve the earthly loss of their precious son and family member Jay. No parent should ever have to bury their child . Our hearts are broken for them . Thank you again for anything and everything you have done and will continue to do .
