She needed ongoing treatment, but because of the war and the lack of medical support, she couldn’t get it in time. I lost her right in front of my eyes – and now I am living the same nightmare again!

<div>My other daughter, Sama, is battling the same disease. When the war started, I managed to take her to Arish in hopes of getting her treatment. But she only received three doses of Ultomiris, while she needs one dose every month to survive. Now, her condition is worsening, her kidneys are failing, and without immediate treatment, she will have to start dialysis – a painful process for a child – and if left untreated, she will not survive.

<div>As I fight for Sama’s life, my other two children, Lin and Obada, remain trapped in Gaza. They are alone, without their father, without me, without a home. They are facing hunger, fear, and cold with no safe place to go. Every night, I hear them cry over the phone, asking me when we will be together again… and I have no answer.
