<div>Hello, Friends, Customers and Supporters,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have decided to try and raise a little money for a charity that is very close to my heart here in Antigua: Friends of the Care Project .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This incredible organisation provides vital support to children and adults with physical and mental disabilities, autism and other mental health challenges across Antigua and Barbuda.
</div>
<div>Please take a moment to learn more about their incredible work:

</div>
<div><strong>100% of all donations go directly to Friends of the Care Project.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Why am I doing this?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This year marks some huge milestones in my life:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>I am turning 50 years old!
</li>
<li>Trappas is turning 25 in business (yes I was only 25 when I started it!).
</li>
<li>I am celebrating 10 years on a spiritual journey of recovery.
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To celebrate these milestones , I have booked a trip to Nepal and will be trekking to Everest Base Camp. This is a 14 day trek on the largest mountain in the world which reaches an altitude of 17,598 ft above sea level. Not only will I be facing temperatures far colder than I'm used to, but there is also a rick of altitude sickness due to the low oxygen. It certainly won't be easy, but I'm going to give it everything I've got!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am asking for your help in celebrating these milestones by making a donation to my chosen charity, 'Friends of the Care Project'. Their website explains the wonderful work that they do to support some of the vulnerable children in our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you want to buy me a drink, lunch, dinner, flowers or chocolates please consider making a donation instead.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you have ever visited Trappas and enjoyed an evening being looked after by me or my team please pay it forward....
</div>
<div><a href="https://www.trappasantigua.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.trappasantigua.com</a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you've ever been helped by someone who took the time to listen guide, support or encourage you when you needed it most, here's an opportunity to pay that kindness forward!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you feel willing and able to donate, simply click the button below.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> £5 or EC$20 donations will make the world of difference. If you’re unable to donate don’t worry you can still help by sharing the link ❤️
</div>

</div>
<div>(please ignore GoFundMe suggestion, I’m unable to change it on the app)
