<div>Why am I doing this?

<div>This year marks some huge milestones in my life:

<li>I am turning 50 years old!
</li>
<li>Trappas is turning 25 in business (yes I was only 25 when I started it!).
</li>
<li>I am celebrating 10 years on a spiritual journey of recovery.
</li>
</ul>

<div>To celebrate these milestones , I have booked a trip to Nepal and will be trekking to Everest Base Camp. This is a 14 day trek on the largest mountain in the world which reaches an altitude of 17,598 ft above sea level. Not only will I be facing temperatures far colder than I'm used to, but there is also a rick of altitude sickness due to the low oxygen. It certainly won't be easy, but I'm going to give it everything I've got!
