I just finished my Master of Arts in Music at the University of Central Florida in Orlando as a Fulbright Scholar. Previously and during this journey, I've completed my BA in Music Education from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo and Intermediate Music Studies at Conservatorio Nacional de Musica. Also I had the opportunity of representing my country at high level settings as classical musician, national and internationally.</span>

<div>The reason I'm launching this fundraiser is because I got admitted for Doctor of Musical Arts program at the University of Hartford, Connecticut. I'll be attending this program with a Talent Award that only covers the tuition portion and I need to cover living costs and health insurance for at least the first year as I get accommodated and find income sources as an international student.

<div>My academic journey is not just a mere number of achievements but big steps on my goal of helping my community to access high level music education (especially trombonists and brass players) following similar pathways as I did.
