Friends, family, community members and animal lovers: there is a pup in Torrington, CT that needs our support! This sweet boy was brought in as a stray to a local emergency vet with not one, but two broken front legs. He is in desperate need of surgery. Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of veterinary care, the bill is pretty jaw dropping... But how could anyone say no to helping this adorable face?! While the Officers work diligently on his case, I thought we could come together as a community and help.

The images of the estimated bill shows a low end of around $8,000 and a high end of a little over $10,000, not including follow up care. Animal Control is hoping that once they can get a start on his medical, a rescue will step up and support him from there as he will need post surgical care. To keep call volume down, the vet has asked that supporters do not call their office, but to contribute here instead. Any donations after his bill is covered will be donated towards future animals in need.
