A service dog for LeLand

LeLand is my handsome 6 year old son who was recently diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. He is high functioning and verbal, but struggles with impulsivity and safety awareness as well as daily meltdowns with routine changes.
Where we live doesn't allow us the security of adding a seperate or additional lock to keep him in, so I am always on alert and high anxiety.
Because of this we struggle daily with bolting issues. LeLand is a bolter. LeLand struggles staying safe with his body and runs off on a daily basis. Some days he runs and it's an hour long precess to get him back in. His bolting has gotten progressively worse and is now trying to run into busy streets and through parking lots as well. My biggest fear is him being run over Or killed.
He leaves within the blink of an eye an as with most kids who have these tendencies they can not be left alone at any time. He has a 1:1 in school and at camp.
We we have frequent behavioral meltdowns on a daily basis and a service dog would be ideal for him. This service animal would be a sense of relief for myself as well as for him. This animal would alert me as well as help stop his bolting behaviors. It would ensure that even if he was able to slip out without me noticing (which it does happen a lot, even when I go to the bathroom.)
We are hoping to raise money for a service animal. In order to receive an autism service dog we have to raise a minimum of 15,000.
The total cost is 30,000 and half of that money is put up by the service animal grant that would be provided.
I am a single mom of two, so funds can be extremely tight. 15,000 is a lot to come up with on your own.
