(From Kim -Franklin was moved into a new group home after failing in another one from neglect, malnourishment, ring worm, and being physically abused by another member. After almost a year of fighting the state for good placement with much difficulty and hospitalization, Franklin went into another group home December 11th, 2023. After only 4 days, there was inappropriate behavior from a caregiver towards my son. I have small clips from a camera in his room. It is sickening. I need to move him out ASAP as the environment is not safe. The state drags their feet as usual, and I have hired a disability advocate. I am looking for a lawyer and Adult protective services and police are involved. I have been advised by police to get him out immediately and go to the court house for an order of protection. Please help me get him an apartment and caregivers to help him. Franklin is aggressive with me, so sadly it's not an option for him to live with me. )
