A room of recovery for Kendall King

Kendall King is a spunky, vivacious 12 year old. She loves life, but life hasn't always been easy for Kendall. She was born with a heart defect and has been on a long journey of healing ever since. On May 24, 2017 Kendall underwent an open heart surgery with multiple complications and set backs, mostly having to do with her lungs. Kendall is fighting through them. She now has a tracheostomy and still requires the help of a ventilator to breathe, but is finally making progress toward healing and recovery.
We want to help Kendall and her family by preparing a bedroom that is ready for her to continue her recovery at home.  We hope to have Kendall's room ready for her by the end of August.  Any additional funds raised would go toward the Hope Rooted Foundation, a Foundation started in Kendall's honor to help other families dealing with chronic illness find answers through functional and holistic methods.
