A Pups Health: Tests and Treatments

I feel some guilt asking for help when I know so many are hurting right now, but it's for the relief of my sweet baby Leela. She has been my emotional companion for the last four and a half years and has provided me with so much love and joy. I will do what I need to in order for her to be healthy and happy.
For the past two months she has been suffering from paw infections, to dermatitis, hyperkeratosis and hardening of the paw pads, itchy skin, sores, a now very irritated butt/tail rash, etc.
I can't take her to do any of the fun activities I had planned for us this summer, let alone barely get her to walk around the block without being in pain or uncomfortable.
It has come down to needing an environmental allergy test, a referral to a specialist (which the insurance I have for her will not cover), potentially an allergy shot curated for her specific allergens and/or a pricey hypoallergenic dog food for the next three months. She will also be on several oral and topical medications through this process.
I am grateful that I have been able to financially float through covid thus far, but with the unemployment bonus coming to an end, I'll only be able to cover my monthly bills, if that. My savings has gone to paying Leela's medical bills, which have equaled to about a month's worth of rent, which in Seattle is pretty expensive.
I am currently throwing what I can on my credit card and hoping I'll be able to pay it off sooner rather than later.
I appreciate what you can and are willing to give. Any little thing helps! My pup having some much needed relief and hopefully an understanding of what is causing her so much upset is my goal. And I want to be able to give her the care she deserves and get her on a healthy track as soon as possible!
Thank you for your help! Leela and I look forward to doing a little wellness photoshoot on a beautiful hike to make each and everyone of you special little gift!
