<div>The mental health of young people is a priority for the 21st Century. Providing them with the support they need to navigate the increasing pressures of childhood and early adulthood is key to building a more nurturing, compassionate society in which our children can thrive.

</div>
<div>I'm raising funds for my PhD research exploring how Waldorf education and Mindfulness practice in schools may support the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Can Mindfulness practices be meaningfully integrated into Waldorf education?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Can Waldorf education tell us how to teach our children Mindfully?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How can Waldorf education and Mindfulness improve our understanding of how to support children and young people in wider education generally?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These are some of the questions I'll be exploring over the next 3 years.
