Hi Everyone, many of you know our friend Z. She is a single mom and refugee from Afghanistan. Because of the current administration, her housing assistance was eliminated. This is a huge setback and despite working hard, she is struggling to make ends meet. Despite being submitted over a year ago, her work permit is not approved and continuing to press the issue isn't advisable with current ICE operations.

I am asking those that know Z to donate so that we can help her pay rent for the next few months. Please contribute to this New Year's gift for a kind and hardworking single mom.
