A new wheelchair for Jaz

Hey!  
This is Jaz, our lovely colleague!  We'd like to help raise money for the right wheelchair for her. Here's her story!
 
"I used a wheelchair for over 10 years after developing ME/CFS at the age of 11. I was a completely healthy child until I got a glandular fever and never recovered. But I am very good at making the most of the health I have - I love being outdoors, going bird watching with my boyfriend and hope that the Mountain Trike will allow us to do more of that. The standard electric wheelchair is not the most comfortable, and it is very limiting to what I can do.  
My wheelchair therapist recommended trying to stay as active as possible in the wheelchair but due to my condition I fatigue too quickly to push myself in a standard manual wheelchair.  
 Mountain Trike electric assist chairs allow you to swap from pushing manually to using the powered function, so I could build up arm strength over time. My health could improve – and who knows, maybe I would be able to open the jar without asking for help? 
A mountain trike does all-terrain and will be very useful for the cobbles when I go to do my Master’s Degree at Cambridge! Cobbles are so tricky to wheelchair on.  
From historic cities to off grid nature reserves, an all-terrain wheelchair would open new possibilities for me. 
The biggest barrier I have to explore nature isn't my health but not having the right equipment." 
 
Could we help her change that? The Mountain Trike wheelchair costs around £7000 and sadly is not in Jaz’s budget.
