A New Piano For St. Tikhon's

Tax deductible
The music programs at St. Tikhon's Seminary need your help! We use our poor old solitary piano for choir rehearsals, music classes, voice lessons, piano lessons, and workshops, and it's just about dead.

In fact, the last time our piano tuner came she said it's even becoming dangerous to tune, because some of the tuning pegs are getting loose.

We have a new (to us) piano ready to purchase from Jacobs Music  in Philadelphia—a beautiful 1996 Yamaha C1 Conservatory Grand—and they've offered us an absolute bargain: $10,500, including delivery. (New, this piano can cost upwards of $22K, and the market value of this used instrument is around $15K.)

In response to our need, the PaTRAM Institute has stepped forward and generously offered to match funds to help us buy this piano, so we're only trying to raise $5250, thanks to the folks at PaTRAM. But we need to do this quickly! Our current instrument is getting worse by the day, and the demands on it aren't slowing down anytime soon.

Please consider donating to help keep music at St. Tikhon's running smoothly! Any amount is welcome. Thank you SO much!
