A New MAC for Maude’s Birthday! Shhhh!!!

(Version française en bas) 2019 is a big year for Maude! Not only is she getting married, but also celebrating a MILESTONE birthday (February 25th) !!! She may still look 22, but let’s just say that she’s turning a little older.
You may may remember back in 2017 when she had her computer stolen while leading a conference in Paris. It was a devastating blow as all of her information and past work projects were lost. Maude has been without a proper computer for a year and a half!
This year I wanted to all come together TO SURPRISE her with a MacBook Pro. This would not only be a much needed tool for wedding planning, but will help her to have the the computer necessary to continue in her graphic design projects, and hopefully one day soon, to get back to freelance graphics work.
I would love to offer her a NEW MacBook Pro, as I believe this to be an investment for at least the next five years. These machines are right at 1,500€. Yikes.
But, if all of her friends and family could contribute, we could totally get this for her.
If you know Maude just the slightest, you know that she is one of the truest, most passionate, loving, and most incredible people on the planet. I don’t think I need to do much convincing... But again, if you know her in the slightest you know that gifts speak to her more than anything! So let’s blow her away this year with a MacBook Pro!

2019 c’est une grande année pour Maude! Ce n’est pas juste l’année de son mariage, mais aussi d’un grand anniversaire! C’est vrai qu’on lui donnerait 22 ans, mais disons simplement que ce n’est pas le cas. :)
Vous vous souvenez peut être de l’année 2017 où elle s’est fait voler son ordinateur lors d’une conférence qu’elle dirigait à Paris. Elle avait perdu non seulement tous ses documents, photos, etc, mais tout son travail de graphisme également. C’etait un sale coup, et elle vit sans ordinateur depuis.
Cette année je voulais qu’on se réunisse tous pour lui offrir un MacBook Pro! (Mais attention!! C’est un secret!!) Cela lui permettrait non seulement d’avancer dans l’organisation de son mariage, mais aussi de continuer à se lancer dans des projets de graphisme et éventuellement à retourner au marché de free-lance.
Ces ordinateurs neufs sont à 1,500€. Aïe. Mais je crois que c’est un investissement pour les prochains 5 ans qu’on lui offre.
Si sa famille et ses amis peuvent contribuer, je suis sûr qu’on peut réussir!!
Si tu connais Maude, même juste un peu, tu sais à quel point elle est vraie, généreuse, bienveillante, et passionnée. Je n’ai pas besoin de te convaincre. Mais aussi si tu la connais un peu, tu sais à quel point les cadeaux la touche. Alors, allons-y pour un MacBook Pro!!
On fera en sorte qu’elle sache que ce soit un projet de groupe, alors à plus près du 25 février. Je (son future époux) ferai une carte avec tous les noms des donateurs.
