<div>Hello, everyone! My name is Yusmari Caldera, I am 29 years old, and I am the mother of four beautiful children: Yorman, 12, Thiago, 8, Yulianni, 6, and Matias, 2. They are my world, and I cannot imagine life without them. In August of this year, 2025, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Since then, I have been fighting this disease with all my strength, but the road has been very difficult.

<div>On November 11, 2025, I was supposed to begin radiation therapy, a crucial step in my treatment. From August to November, I was unable to receive cancer treatment. I currently have urinary retention and constipation and am using catheters. However, due to complications and bleeding, my hemoglobin is dangerously low, and doctors have hospitalized me on an emergency basis. In addition to radiation therapy, I urgently need specialized tests, such as a rectal endoscopy and evaluation by a urologist, so that my hemoglobin can rise and I can undergo chemotherapy and radiation therapy, for which I do not have the resources.

<div>As an unemployed mother, I find myself in a desperate situation. Medical expenses, food, transportation, and lodging are an enormous burden that I cannot bear alone. I am a Christian, and my faith in God gives me strength, but I also need the help of people like you.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and ask you to share my story so that it reaches more people. God bless you!
