<div>This fundraiser is to support a devoted and loving mother (Amanda H.) who is facing the difficult need to return to family court to protect her children and enforce a court order that has been in place for over two years. Ongoing legal circumstances now require her to seek legal representation so she can advocate appropriately within the legal process while continuing to act in her children’s best interests, and ensure that this stability is preserved.

<div>Family court is both emotionally and financially exhausting, particularly when proceedings extend beyond what is necessary to serve the best interests of the children. Throughout this process, she has worked tirelessly to provide stability, consistency, and a safe, nurturing environment for her family while remaining fully compliant with all court directives.

<div>Funds raised will help cover essential legal expenses, allowing her to present clear facts, uphold the standing court order, and bring this prolonged legal matter to a resolution. Her hope is that this will be the final time she must endure court proceedings, allowing her family to move forward, heal, and focus on peace rather than ongoing legal conflict.

<div>Any contribution, no matter the size, offers meaningful support to a mother who is advocating with care, strength, and love for her children. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
