A mobility van for Nicolas

Nicolas suffered from severe cerebral palsy as a result of being born at 24 weeks. He is now 11 and truly a miracle child. As the years pass and he grows it is increasingly hard to care for him and give him the best quality of life possible. We have had nothing but trouble getting the bare necessities over the years. We have paid for his ramp alone and were saving to remodel his bedroom as it is too small throughout the house to use equipment we fought 3 years for. Once we had the money for the remodel my dad and I had a rare chance to purchase a mobility van for him. So we used the money along with what my employer raised for us as well. It was older but drove very well and was well maintained. We could not fully insure it because of its age. We have only had the van about half a year when last Friday my parents were taking Nicolas to Riley Hospital for an appointment along with my 1 year old Francesca when my dad noticed smoke while changing lanes on I 69. He had just enough time to pull over, prompt my step mom to get the babies out of the vehicle as he attempted to put the fire out with the fire extinguisher we kept in the van. It burned to nothing. We are back to no vehicle for him that is helpful for him as well as us. I am finally reaching out for help as we are exhausted from all the dead ends we get when contacting the resources and agencies that should be able to help. My main concern is what happens to Nicolas when me and my parents are no longer here. As Friday made it very clear we never know how fast that moment is approaching. Please share as much as possible I'd give anything for my child to have a van.
