A Mended Heart for Dan Bauer

A Mended Heart...

Those of you who know Dan Bauer, know him to be a talented, active musician and teacher, that enjoys physical fitness almost as much as performing music!

Over the past year, Dan began losing more and more energy. Everything from teaching to performing was becoming increasingly difficult to the point where his systems required medical attention.

This summer, it was determined that Open Heart surgery would be required to correct the multiple symptoms that were contributing to the failure of his heart.

I am excited to say his surgery went well!!
The surgeon ended up doing four separate procedures.
He is now home recovering. It will be a while before you'll see him on stage again.
As all you full time musicians know, Paid Time Off is not something you get to take advantage of.

Steel Breeze and close friends of Dan are asking those of you who are able to help him during his time of recovery with a small donation.

This money is to help him keep his monthly bills paid and keep his stress level down so his heart can heal properly. Any donations are greatly appeciated. If you can not donate... please just send up prayers and positive thoughts in his direction.

We hope Dan will be back on stage soon, better than ever with his new heart beat, and energy he hasn't felt in years!
