<div>It is with shattered hearts that we share the tragic and senseless loss of our beloved Decontee Papay Payne, who was murdered on February 26, 2026.

</div>

<div>Decontee was truly one of a kind. He was outgoing, happy, friendly, and kind — the type of person who could walk into any room and instantly become the life of the party. His laughter was contagious, his energy was unmatched, and his presence made people feel seen and valued. He had a way of bringing people together and spreading joy wherever he went.

</div>

<div>The pain of losing him so suddenly and violently is something our family is still trying to process. No family ever prepares for a loss like this.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We are asking for support to help cover Decontee’s funeral and memorial expenses so we can lay him to rest with the love, dignity, and honor he deserves. During this unimaginable time, any contribution — big or small — will help ease the financial burden on our family as we focus on grieving and remembering his beautiful spirit.

</div>

<div>If you are unable to donate, we ask that you please share this fundraiser and keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for your kindness, love, and support.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Forever in our hearts,

</div>

<div>The Payne Family
