CHUCK A QUID IN THE (BUCKET) HAT FOR REET AND TOM

Hello all..
My name is Claire and I have set this up to help out a fantastic lady, Reet and her wonderful son Tom.
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 Reets' income has been hit and hit hard. She's been quite frank herself about how desperate times are at the moment, and she's absolutely fine with me doing this for her. There is absolutely no shame in asking for or accepting help, especially in today's climate.
Reet's business, 'A Little Red Originial', designs unique hats individually painted in Manchester, and they are inspired by The Stone Roses and Jackson Pollock. Reet runs her business around her lovely son Tom.Tom requires 24 hour care due to his severe learning difficulties and Autism. Reet can usually be found with a paintbrush in her hand or being a hands on Mum/carer for Tom.
Reet's main income comes from taking her hat pop-up shop along to gigs, festivals and other live music venues.
With the majority of these taking place over the Summer months, well, as you all know we spent Summer 2020 in lockdown so unfortunately, no hat sales for Reet. Her online sales have also been quite slow. Reet is super talented and you can just tell each hat is made with love!
So...I just want to help out a friend, a good friend, who would do anything for anyone, is so kind, so warm and personable, and as it's the season of good will what better time of the year to help someone in need..
I know times are hard for everyone, and it's Christmas but please PLEASE if you can donate, no amount is too small, please let's help Reet and Tom with putting food on their table, keeping warm and paying their bills..
We could rant and rave about the 'government should be doing this' the 'government should be doing that' but why waste out breath...let us as mutual friends of Reet and her boy, Tom just do it ourselves. Reet has just under 5000 likers on this page...if each liker could donate just £1 imagine how amazing that would be for Reet! Not having to worry about the next mortgage payment, or the water bill, or food shop...even if just for a little while.
