<div>I’m more than a little embarrassed to be making a GoFundMe right now, but we could use a little help. As most of you know, I had bariatric surgery May 9th, and we planned for me having a week off work after the fact. What we absolutely were not prepared for was what would come next. I was hospitalized 5/29-6/6 and had to have emergency gallbladder removal surgery during that stay. I was unable to eat or drink without throwing up, but my medical team was fairly confident that removing my gallbladder would fix the issue. I went home last Friday and spent the weekend with Zach and Barrett in extreme pain and still struggling to eat or drink. By Monday afternoon, I was vomiting anything I put in my mouth again. I planned to just take it easy on myself until I started vomiting blood. Back to the ER we went, and I was admitted Monday night. This week has been spent on IV fluids, IV vitamin replacement, attempting clear liquids, and rest. I have absolutely no energy, I’m still in substantial pain, and I constantly feel nauseous. I have an endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow to see if we can figure out where the blood came from and what’s going so wrong and keeping me from getting and keeping fluids and nutrition down. Like I said, we planned for me to have a single week off. We did NOT plan for me to spend another two weeks and change in the hospital unpaid, and still unsure when I will be released this time around. This is more a shot in the dark, I don’t want anyone to feel obligated. We could just use a little help staying on track with bills and keeping our sweet boy in formula, diapers, and grilled cheese supplies(one of his newfound obsessions) Anything helps, including prayers. Thank y’all for loving our family. I’m desperately trying to get better and get back to life as “normal.”♥️
