Always take me too

Meet my babies :) my daughter Amiah 2yrs old, and my son Izade 7yrs old! My little boy is wheelchair bound due to Cerebral Palsy. We are trying to raise money for a wheelchair accessible van! I am terrified, that if I do not get a van for him soon, I will no longer be able to take him with me anywhere. Its getting to the point where I am unable to lift him! I often wonder what I am going to do in the future, considering my little man is already 100lbs and 4'10 :) its sad to say but there is no funding in our state, PA! My husband and I are both full time employees and qualify no help, but yet we live paycheck to paycheck! But between the mortgage, all our other bills, oh did I mention a USED van of this sort is about 32,000... I see No van in our near future :( Even if its just a trip to the grocery store, I just wanna be able to take him with me too.
