We're adopting! Chris and I are SO excited to grow our family! We've long known that we want children, and in March 2018, we both felt God speak to us- strongly- and call us to adoption. In October 2018, we couldn't ignore the feeling that we needed to get started any longer, so we said YES and submitted our application with an amazing Christian adoption agency. We've been accepted into their India program, and we cannot wait to meet the absolutely beautiful soul God will match us with!
In the meantime, we have many steps to walk through before we even get to call ourselves a waiting family. These steps, while we are more than happy to complete them, require a significant financial contribution. Your gracious donation will help us pay for the incredible people who will be helping us along the way, our home study, immigration fees, our parent education courses, travel, and so much more.
We wanted to create something that we can look back on to remember those who helped us. We have a puzzle of a map of India and are asking $25 to sponsor a piece. You are more than welcome to sponsor more than one piece. However much you'd like to give is more than appreciated by us! When we have the puzzle complete, we will write the names of all of our donors on the backs of their sponsored pieces, assemble the puzzle, and frame it in a double-sided frame. The finished work of art will be hung in Baby Eddy's bedroom as a reminder of where he or she came from and who helped to bring them home.
Your willingness to support us in this exciting, yet vulnerable, time has touched our hearts and lives in ways no words can describe. We are incredibly grateful for the amazing people in our lives and for our amazing God who not only has called us to His purpose, but who, we know, will see us through.
