A Helping Paw for Ziggy and Brian
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Daniel Cardinale, I am in 9th grade at the Lycee Francais de Chicago. And I would like to briefly tell you the story of my friend Brian, who is legally blind.
To me, it is not fair that a man who endures more pain than most people should have to carry the additional burden of trying to find work. Brian is 24 years old and is an honors graduate from Ohio University, who should easily be able to have meaningful employment. Yet, similar to 60% of all visually impaired people, Brian is unemployed.
Brian owns a service dog named Ziggy. But she is very expensive and it takes much time to care and train Ziggy. After all that Brian has been through, I do not know why he still has to endure more challenges.
This is why I want to help Brian, it’s my goal to help him in a time like THIS. Now is the time to donate, and all proceeds will go directly to Brian to care for his dog Ziggy.
Donations will help with Ziggy’s doctor visits, medication, treats and so forth. Brian is facing a challenge and we have the ability to help, and even small amounts can turn things around. My goal is to raise $1,000 for Brian and all that money can pay for vet appointments, vaccines for when the dog needs them and tick and flea medication.

We can help Brian by taking some of the worry off of his chest, and in times like this, it’s crucial to help people who need it. This is why I started A Helping Paw. My hope is to give Brian and Ziggy the help they need so he can focus his worries on employment and staying healthy. Through A HELPING PAW I believe WE CAN DO THIS!
If you are interested, please contact me to learn more or donate directly through our GoFundMe page. I believe that if everyone would donate we could hit our goal easily. It’s our turn to help him out and I know we can do it.
Thank you for your time and consideration to support Brian and Ziggy!
