<div>In a cruel twist, the cancer returned — more aggressive than before — and spread to his lungs. Now, Mario is facing a harrowing double diagnosis: sarcoma and lung cancer. Despite his bravery, despite all that he has endured, his condition has worsened, and the treatment options in Nassau have been exhausted.
