A- heart- for-jack

Thank you everyone for coming to our GoFundMe page. We are raising money for our good friend and father Jack. Jack is a father of 6 wonderful kids and is in desperate need of a heart transplant. The first step is to raise money to help with his L-VAD surgery. (Left Ventricular Assistance Device) This will drastically improve his quality of life. Once this is done he will be placed on the Transplant list for a new heart. The doctors will not do the surgery unless Jack and his wife have a few thousand dollars in the bank to cover any cost they may incur with a heart transplant. We will be holding fundraisers and car washes throughout the next few months please help where you can even $5 goes a long way.
