It's been 9 years since our last Mad Beach Band CD was released. We are now on our way to a new, all-original CD featuring old MBB staples and some brand new tunes as well.
Our fans have always been as much a part of our show as the band itself and now we're asking you, our beloved fans and friends, to help us fill the tank for "A Good Long Ride" - the working title of the new recording.
This is a very costly project but the end result will be a Mad Beach Band album you'll enjoy for a lifetime. This is your opportunity to say "I helped produce this CD!" We will be eternally grateful if you will contribute what you can and spread the word to your friends to do the same.
Our goal is to have CDs in hand by December 1.
To do that, we have to get it to the manufacturer by October 23.
Friends, fans, and family – THANK YOU! Our GoFundMe campaign has had a very successful kick-off thanks to your generosity. As promised, here is a list of “perks” or rewards for various levels of support. No matter what you give, every dollar helps!
These perks are retro-active so if you’ve already given, you’ll get these as well:
$100-$249 donation: 2 cds and a “Good Long Ride” Mad Beach Band tee shirt.
$250-$499 donation: 5 cds, 2 tee shirts and your name in the “Special Thanks” on the cd jacket.
$500-$999 donation: 5 CDs, 2 Mad Beach Band hooded sweatshirts and “Associate Underwriter” on the cd cover.
$1000 and up: 5 CDs, 2 MBB hooded sweatshirts, 2 tee shirts and “Executive Underwriter” on the CD itself and on the jacket.
Because the liner notes have to be done by October 1, all donations earning mention on the CD must be in by then.
