Mark Biery, the Founder of LTS - Chicago built a community-driven athletic and social experience for young professionals that generates awareness for non-profit organizations. To date, Mark and his team have raised over $270,000 to over 200 local and national charities. Mark is onto his next life chapter to Denver, Colorado where he will be able to touch many more lives with his vision, vivacious attitude, and caring nature. Mark will always call Chicago home, and we'd like to honor him with a special thank you.
The Chicago Parks Foundation celebrates extraordinary people by installing a park bench in their name. Mark has given so much to the City of Chicago, its parks, and the community, that we thought this would be the perfect way to say thank you for all he has done for our great City.
The park bench will have Mark's name inscribed on a plaque on the bench located in a Chicago Park of Mark's choice for the next 10 years. The cost of the bench is $5,000.00. We are hoping to surprise Mark with this special gift prior to his departure at the end of the month.
Mark is eternally grateful for the City of Chicago and for all of you for making a social impact.
