A Genuinely Good Person
In a world where negative seems to be at the forefront of our lives, it's about time we all put in a little effort to highlight the good.
And so begins this project to pull our community together, recognize someone that has a positive influence in our lives (however small) and give them a little something as a way of saying "Thank you for being a good person". This campaign is solely to make someone happy! Happy feels good and spreading happiness is even better!

Our first nominee is Yawo, our neighborhood gas attendant. There are just some people in this world that have a constant smile on their face no matter what they do. Yawo is one of them. He is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. A constant smile on his face, a fantastic wave as you drive by, a man who comes to work dressed like no other gas station attendant we have ever come across. Khaki pants, button down - always so well put together. Yawo will clean you car windows at every visit; goes out of his way to inquire on your family's well being. Originally from West Africa and now living in Neptune...those who know him are fortunate!

We do not know Yawo beyond our interactions at the gas station or the occasional run in at a store. We are not related or know anyone related to him. He has not asked for any financial aid or alluded to anything of the such. He is also unaware of this campaign as of the release date of this campaign, unaware of We will not, in any way, financially benefit from this project. We are just trying to do something nice for someone nice. We hope this campaign is a success and we can continue to reward local people for their kind presence.
