Jonathan was born on September 1st, 2017, at 10:42am. He had two chromosomal abnormalities, p5- and Q16+. He died at 12:11am on September 2nd, less than fourteen hours later.
My name is Tim; Jonathan's parents are my brother- and sister-in-law, and his siblings are my niece and nephew. With the assistance of the wonderful doctors and nurses at Fairview Ridges Hospital, they were able to meet Jonathan, to hold him, to take a few photographs and grab some fleeting memories.
Due to their terrible loss and the price of funeral services, I've set up this GoFundMe to allow Jonathan's family to grieve without having also to deal with the considerable financial stress they're now presented with.

All funds will go directly to funeral and burial expenses, including a memorial service, a burial plot, casket, and so forth. Any donation, regardless of size, will help this young family; if you don't have the financial ability to donate now, prayers, kind words, and the like will be passed along to Jonathan's family.
